Stio was founded to inspire connection with the outdoors through beautiful, functional products infused with mountain soul. Our culture is employee centered and aims to drive personal growth, empowerment and work-life balance. Flexible Paid Vacation & Leave Benefits

After 1 year on the full time roster, Stio employees are eligible for flexible vacation. This allows our people to say “yes” to the trip of a lifetime, and still share holidays with family and show up for friends.

Additionally, that vacation time won’t cut into time off for growing families and unexpected medical needs. We have paid leave policies in place to support our people for those moments.
