Which of Stio's values personally align to you?

That the Outside is for Everyone! My passion is to support my community in getting outside. I am the founder and director of Here Montana, which works to provide access to BIPOC (folks who are Black, Indigenous, and People Of Color) in Montana.

How do you create balance in your daily life?

I find balance through a combination of things. I love playing outside just as much as spending time inside cooking and sharing space with my plants.

What is a bucket list activity you have yet to do or a place that you have yet to go?

I want to snowboard in Korea to connect my culture to my sports along with food and community.

What is your go-to workout music?

I've come to love Willow Smith's "Wait a Minute!" or house music.

What is a piece of advice you would give to someone who wants to pursue a life of mountain sports and adventures?

Pursue it with balance! Give yourself grace and focus on your joy.
