Q: Hello - I purchased a $25 electronic gift card for my husband for Christmas. I printed it so I could wrap it and cut the paper so it would fit into the box. I also deleted the e-mail.
Can this gift card be resent via e-mail as I can't locate the e-mail and we don't have the bar code. I made the purchase in December.

A: Great question! The E-Gift Cards are sent to your email so you can forward the information to the recipient.
When purchasing E-Gift Cards on stio.com, you have the opportunity to enter the gift recipient's email for direct delivery and you can even schedule the delivery date. Since our gift cards are electronic they may not be formatted appropriately for printing. Please don't hesitate to reach out at customerexperience@stio.com if we can help.
