Christy is continually inspired and humbled by the high peaks of her home state of Colorado, as well as mountains around the world. She has spent the last two decades climbing and skiing the highest peaks in Colorado with her husband, Ted Mahon, while inspiring a love of nature and protection of the environment through her work at Aspen Center for Environmental Studies. She loves to travel by foot, bike or skis around the globe to experience different mountain ranges, ecosystems and cultures.
I love Stio's sense of reciprocity and commitment to give back and protect the landscapes that nourish our souls and our communities.
Living a simple life that is close to nature and flows with the changing seasons gives me the greatest sense of peace and well-being.
Skiing in Japan and pilgrimaging through the Kingdom of Bhutan
Love a happy mix of dance music with good beats.
The spirit of mountain adventuring is about developing a kinship with the natural world and enjoying the journey.
