Rules and Regulations

ELIGIBILITY: No persons under 18 are eligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) methods of entry. 1. Post a picture showing how you #lettheoutsidein on your Instagram feed before 11:59PM on Wednesday, April 22, 2020. 2. Upload a picture showing how you #lettheoutsidein to our Contest landing page by 11:59PM on Wednesday, April 22, 2020. All entries must be received by 11:59PM on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 to be eligible. Four (4) winners will be selected from all eligible entries. The first will be selected on Thursday, April 2nd and notified via instagram DM or email. The second winner will be selected on Thursday, April, 9th and notified via instagram DM or email. The third winner will be selected on Thursday, April 16th and notified via instagram DM or email. The fourth will be selected on Thursday, April 23rd and notified via instagram DM or email. All photos must be uploaded during the contest period and are subject to moderator approval.
SELECTION OF WINNER: Winning photos will be selected by a team of Stio staff based on the quality of the photo, the substance of the story it tells and how well it connects with the #lettheoutsidein theme. All decisions are final. Winners must reside in the USA.
PRIZES: Each winner will receive a Stio Alpiner Jacket of their choice. Prizes subject to color, size, and model availability.
REDEEMING PRIZES: The winners will be notified via Instagram direct message or email prior to making the announcement. Once notified, the potential winner must respond to the message within 24-hours of notification with a valid mailing address to send product.
GENERAL: All federal, state and local laws apply. By participating, entrants agree (i) to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) to be bound by the decisions of Stio, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the #lettheoutsidein contest. Stio is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled or illegible entries; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Stio on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this contest. Stio reserves the right to permanently disqualify from this contest any person it believes has violated these Official Rules. By using #lettheoutsidein in the caption of a photo, entrants irrevocably consents to the use of such entrant’s name, likeness, image, and statements relating to the contest without further compensation, in all marketing, promotion, and publicity carried out in perpetuity by Stio in connection with this contest. Stio will request approval for additional usage of entrant’s name, likeness, image, and statements relating to the contest for other marketing materials. Stio reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the contest if any fraud, virus or other problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Stio in its sole discretion. If the contest is terminated before the end date/time, Sponsor will determine the winner from all eligible entries received as of the termination date/time. If any such malfunction, error, disruption or similar damage occurs and impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the contest, Stio may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the Contest by posting a notice to their Instagram page.
