Which of Stio's values personally align to you?

All of Stio's values resonate with me but if I had to choose one it would be that Outside is for Everyone. It is important for me to advocate for women and underrepresented groups in the outdoors, since I have personally felt so much liberation and experienced so much growth in the mountains. I want to share that with everyone.

How do you create balance in your daily life?

I work hard but I play harder. Playing and being outside is essential for my mental and physical health.

What is a bucket list activity you have yet to do or a place that you have yet to go?

Ski Denali in Alaska.

What is your go-to workout music?

I have a playlist on Spotify called "Schralping" - it's for all of my fun mountain adventures full of upbeat and fun music!

What is a piece of advice you would give to someone who wants to pursue a life of mountain sports and adventures?

You don't need to be a pro or expert to be a mountain athlete. Get outside, do what you enjoy, and do it in a way that feels good to you! The mountains and outdoors are for you!
