Troy grew up 30 minutes from New York City and spent his childhood skiing out of Stratton, VT before going to a ski academy in Maine. Troy then went on to ski moguls for the U.S. Ski Team, winning back-to-back NORAM Gran Prix and earning a spot as the first alternate for the 2018 Olympics. Troy has continued skiing passionately at Alta, Utah while he finishes his Ph.D. in neural engineering. You can find Troy skiing at Alta, biking around the Wasatch, or in the lab working on future assistive devices for those with physical impairments.
Outdoors is where life is meant to be spent!
I don't... I work hard and I play harder, and somehow my body is good at recovering (also, I eat really healthy...).
I want to go backcountry skiing in a lot of places... Japan, New Zealand, Chile, India, Scandinavia.
